Description
One of 225 copies, of which 160 were for sale. The text was set in Monotype Van Dijck and printed on a specially made Zerkall mould made paper which was dampened before printing the engravings on an 1835 Albion Press. 218 copies were bound in quarter oatmeal cloth and paper printed with a repeat wood engraved pattern engraved and designed by Edwina Ellis, pink endpapers. Housed in a blue cloth over board slipcase. Quarto, 290 x 205 mm, pp. [112] with 42 engravings.
