Massive oblong volume bound in original hardcover binding -- black cloth spine lettered in white, grey paper-backed boards, front cover reproducing Damien Hirst drawing, all page edges gilt, sewn-in black ribbon bookmark. Contents clean and fresh, binding sturdy and tight, book apparently unread. Book is housed in publisher's original dark grey cardboard clamshell slipcase lettered in white and pale grey-green on lid.
