One of an edition of 220 copies, printed by Simon Lawrence using Scotch Roman cast by Bill Hughes and bound in Otley by Smith Settle. Orange quarter cloth with patterned paper-covered boards, paper label to the spine, and green endpapers. Imperial Octavo. 270 mm x 165 mm, pp. [2 blank] [1-4] 5-68 [limitation page] [5 blank], with one illustration, one copy letter and two photographs tipped-in. Now with a custom built slipcase by Christopher Shaw.
