Copy number '47' of an edition 50 Special copies (from a total edition of 360 copies) slip-cased TOGETHER WITH six full patterned folded sheets in a portfolio and a copy of the Prospectus. Ten of the total edition copies were in special bindings designed and executed by Stephen Conway. Quarter yellow buckram with red lettering to the spine and patterned Curwen paper by Sarah Nechamkin covering the boards. The book is printed on Zerkall paper in Goudy Old Style types. The machine setting was done by Mouldtype Foundry in Leylanf, and the litho printing of some cards was by Gortron, Shorock and Davies of Ancoats. The binding was done by hand, shared between Incline Press and Stephen Conway at his bindery in Bradford. All handsetting and letterpress printing was done at Incline Press. Quarto, 11" x 8", pp. [i-iv] v-vi, 120 with 87 original samples of patterned paper tipped-in and other illustrations in the text.
