Fabriano printed and decorated card wrappers with pages sewn in white thread. 8¾" x 5¼", pp. [12], complete with a stitched-in envelope between card covers containing a Compact Disc featuring Johan Sebastian Bach's 'Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring', the second movement of Franz Joseph Haydn's 'Sonata in G', and Frederic Chopin's 'Etude in G flat' and 'Ballade Number 1 in G minor'.
