One of 100 copies (from a total edition of 250 copies) set in 22 and 14 point Caslon and printed with an initial letter 'O' by Miriam Macgregor at Whittington for the Oxford Guild of Printers on Zerkall Rosa paper. Sewn brown Japanese paper wrappers with a wood engraved vignette to the upper cover and housed in the original burgundy paper slipcase. 235 x 160 mm, pp. [printed cover, 'The Whittington Press'] [blank] [title page] [blank] 1-6 [colophon] [3, blank] with a tailpiece by Edward Walters taken from one of his engraved blocks found discarded at the Marlborough College Press, which he oversaw from 1942 to 1946.
