One of an edition of 1,000 copies paperbound; 50 copies were casebound. Typeset by John Rose in 11pt Plantin on a CRTronic phototypesetter. Printed litho by Parchment (oxford) Ltd. The text pages are printed on 140gsm Kaskad Pintail Cream and Kestrel Corn has been used for the illustrated endpapers. The illustrated cover, with flaps, is printed on 350gsm Kaskad Lapwing Brown. Square, 205 x 210 mm, pp. [48] illustrated throughout, with an Introduction by Tom Colverson.
