One of an edition of 'about 200' copies printed on Velin Arches paper using Modern No 20 type for all the titling and Scotch for the songs. Typeset, printed and sewn by Nick Sadnytzky, a student from Bennington College, Vermont, working as an intern under the supervision of Graham Moss. Purple paper wrappers with a printed band, sewn with green thread. 8½" x 4¼", pp. [12] with five old engravings printed from the wood.
