The title-pages are printed in Weiss type, in silver on black card, and the texts in Baskerville, hand set by Mike Tregear. 9¾" x 6¾", pp. [16], with calligraphy by Stephen Raw, linocut portyrait by John Watson and notes on the poem by Graham Foster.
