Saunders HP, printed in brown and black. Narrow Quarto, pp. [1-6] 7-101 [blank] [limitation page] [3 blank], frontispiece and illustrations from wood engravings and line-blocks, some tipped-in. Printed label to front pastedown stating 'Bookplates by Richard Shirley Smith was begun in 2005 but completed during 2006'.
