Signed by the illustrator, Moira Stephenson, on the colophon. Text set on a Monotype Lasercomp at the Oxford University Computing Service in 12pt Plantin. Printed litho by The Didcot Press. Illustrated paper covered boards, patterned endpapers, and housed in an illustrated paper covered board slipcase. Quarto, 285 x 220 mm, pp. [14] 130 [4, including the colophon], illustrated throughout.
