Copy number '100' of an edition limited to 150 copies, signed by both the author and the illustrator on the colophon. Text set by hand and printed on Zerkall mould-made paper using a Vandercook proofing press. Publisher's quarter cloth over silver paper covered boards, printed label to the upper board, grey endpapers. Square, 185 x 185 mm, pp. [108] with 24 wood engravings by Peter Reddick.
