Illustrated paper covered boards with sky-blue endpapers, and gilt lettering to the spine. Designed by Nicolas McDowell and printed by J W Northend Ltd, Sheffield, on Regency Klassica paper using Bodoni types; bound by The Fine Book Bindery. Housed in an illustrated paper-over-board portfolio, with illustrations both externally and internally. Quarto, 320 x 230 mm, pp. [124], fully illustrated throughout. There was a Special Edition of 10 copies, numbered I-X.
