SIGNED by the author on the colophon. Quarter blue buckram with marbled paper-covered boards, the paper having been designed and marbled by Ann Muir, gilt lettering to the spine. Quarto, 10½" x 10¼", pp.{limitation page] [blank] [1-2] 3-52 [blank] [colophon] [blank] with 22 tipped-in illustrations from the original artwork, and copies (using the magnesium plates) of Charles Laurent's engraved map and George Falkner's lithograph of All Saints Church Fire.
