Copy number '62' of a total edition limited to 123 copies, this copy being a subscriber's ad personam copy "for Michael Taylor", signed by the author, being one of 42 de luxe copies, some of which, this being one, were bound in quarter russet calf at the subscriber's request, with paper marbled by Ann Muir on the boards and presented in a matching cloth slipcase. Printed in 13pt Monotype Van Dijck and letterpress printed on a demy quarto page of an antique Rives BFK paper, with many examples of typographical ornaments present in the Fell types. Twelve colour-printed photographic plates and a folding leaf 'Synopsis from 'Fell Typographic Designs'' bound in at the end. Quarto, 282 x 225 mm, pp. 66. Backstrip gilt lettered, printed paper label to spine of slipcase. Together with a prospectus, loosely laid in. A list of 'The Subscribers' is at pp. 62-63.
