Copy number '90' of an edition limited to 95 copies signed by the author. Printed on a ream of Turkey Mill wove paper rescued from St Hugh's Charterhouse monastery in 2000. The main text was machine-set in 12 point Caslon and the title text in Caslon Old Face was added by hand. Linen backed blue boards with a printed paper label on the spine to match Falconer Madan's bibliography of the Daniel Press, blue endpapers. Octavo, 238 x 180 mm, pp. [half-title] [blank] [title-page] [blank] [contents] [blank] [illustrations] [blank] 23 [colophon] with 12 full page photographs of some of the proofs.
