Carter 'whose idea the book was'. Printed on hand-made paper from Sheepstor mill in handset Verona types using a Vandercook proofing press. Maroon cloth backed printed and illustrated green paper covered boards. Oblong octavo, 5" x 10", pp. [22] [colophon] [blank] with eight tipped-in illustrations by Peter S. Carter printed on Zerkall mould-made paper.
