One of an edition limited to 360 copies, being one of 150 standard copies printed on Stow Smooth Natural and bound by the Fine Book Bindery. Publisher's reddish-brown quarter cloth, patterned boards using the artist's initials, spine with printed label, blue endpapers and housed in a slipcase. Large Quarto, pp.[1-8] 9-124 [limitation page] [3 blank], with an original copper engraving tipped in frontispiece, tipped-in plates and illustrations in colour and black-and-white.
