Description

One of 30 leather copies bound by Hunter & Foulis Ltd, numbered II, from a total edition of 750 copies hand-set in Caslon type and printed on a Columbian Press by John & Rosalind Randle on mould-made paper made at St Cuthbert's Mill. The endpapers were marbled by Solveig Stone at The Compton Press. Full black morocco binding with four raised bands, gilt lettering and decoration to both the spine and the upper board, all housed in a black cloth covered board slipcase custom-made by Christopher Shaw. Quarto, 298 x 205 mm, illustrated throughout by Harold Jones who has signed on the colophon.
