Copy number '18' of 30 copies (and 4 out of series) quarter bound in goatskin and patterned boards, gilt lettering to the spine, with a slipcase, from a total edition of 268 copies of which 250 were for sale. Signed by Marie Hartley on the colophon. Copies numbered 1-10 were full bound in goatskin with additional engravings, and copies numbered 41-250 were quarter bound in bookcloth with patterned boards. Set in Garamond type and printed by Simon Lawrence using a hand press at his Fleece Press, from the original wood engravings, and on Velin Arches mould made paper. Quarto, 288 x 195 mm, pp. [64] with 55 wood-engravings illustrating Swaledale, Wensleydale and Wharfedale.
