First Edition, inscribed 'With all best wishes | from | H.O. Lock.'. Publisher's maroon cloth with blind frame to front board, black lettering to spine. Clear, removable, archival protective cover fitted to the grey, printed dust-jacket. Octavo. pp. x, 150 with five double page sketch maps on japon. With a typed letter laid in from Robert Scott, the publisher, signed by him with initials, addressed to the author and dated 20th August 1919.

A book in Very Good condition with offsetting to endpapers and spotting to prelims, in a Very Good dust-jacket.
